Mark Hampton, C.P.M., CFPM
Mark Hampton has 40 years in the restaurant industry as a “C” Suite executive with Supply Chain, Restaurant Operations, and sales experience, involving both distribution, corporate/franchise restaurant and manufacturing environments. He has extensive experience in consulting & training in Supply Chain, reengineering the Supply Chain management process, management of procurement functions, sourcing of materials and services, cost reductions of purchased materials and services, and negotiation of complex transactions and contracts.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Mark served as Chief Supply Chain Officer for American Blue Ribbon Holdings during a 23 year career with the eighth largest full service dining company (1.3B in annual sales) operating under concept names, O’Charley’s, Ninety Nine, Bakers Square, Village Inn, Max and Erma’s, Stoney River and Legendary Baking manufacturing. He managed Supply Chain functions at ABRH totaling 500M in spend, 6 restaurant concepts, 700 locations, 11k sku’s in 12 Distribution Centers, in 46 states and Guam.
Heavily oriented in restructuring and integration on all ABRH acquisitions to ensure acquisitions met Supply Chain returns and cost optimization.
Other items throughout tenure included managing Research and Development / Culinary teams, Concept Operations, Concept Rebranding, Financial and Risk Management, and Strategic Planning.
Mark is a C.P.M. and CFPM, and holds a MBS degree in Strategic Management. His energetic and enthusiastic style, combined with extensive functional experience, makes him an excellent consultant, trainer, and facilitator of change.
